Sugar Free

2 weeks no sugar and I write this sugar free poem to celebrate.

Oh sweets
Candy, cookies and chocolate cake
Just the thought and I light up inside
But you sweet love are no good for me
You’ve burned me before with your empty promises and lies
I may be a tart, but I’m no fool for you.
