What you put out is what you get back. It seems pretty straightforward, right?
If I want joy and love in my life, then I will behave that way towards others. Yes. Sometimes however, there are blocks that come up, fear, depression, sadness, loss and these color what goes out. So we express from our truth and yes, this is what we get back, truth.
I love the concept of visualization. That if I create it for myself, it will become manifest in reality. Yes this is true BUT the same blocks will emerge and we must MUST honor those too. The letting go of what has come before, the mistaken beliefs, resentments and shame must be expressed and exposed. This is good. I liken it to that feeling of being nauseous. The instinct is to not throw up, to hold back, but it always feels so much better once it's up and out. This I know, we are all bigger, brighter, wiser and kinder than we can imagine. It's time to dig deeper, release what blocks us and make manifest the destiny that is ours. Carry on and have a great day!
